Core Lifecycle
Section titled “Core Lifecycle”| Stage | Product meaning |
|---|---|
| Intake | Prospective Intended Parents can arrive as leads; Gestational Carrier, Egg Donor, and Sperm Donor candidates usually enter through public intake forms. Form answers help create contact records and profiles. |
| Screening | Admins review profiles, documents, and medical or legal checks before candidates move forward. |
| Matching | Admins use agency-configured filters and preferences to pair Intended Parents or families with Gestational Carriers, Egg Donors, or Sperm Donors. Gestational Carrier matches require two-sided approval; donor matching supports one-sided suggestions. |
| Journey | Accepted engagements are tracked as cases internally and journeys in client-facing language. Workflows, milestones, tasks, documents, providers, and cycle events drive day-to-day work. |
| Completion | Delivery, closing paperwork, and follow-up support close the journey; families can return later for sibling or rematch journeys. |
